2012 Art Trade Piece. My half of *Frostie-Spirits' and my art trade. Only about 8 months late. Not a lot to say about this one, really. Horse went from light chestnut to mahogany bay rabicano with lacing and a bald face. It was surprisingly easy.. Did I pull it off? I had been wanting to do a sunset piece for a while and just decided to go for it with this piece. All the colours were fun to work with. Enjoy!
Hello. I was wondering if I could use this piece on a tutorial, demonstrating manipulation 'style' I was asked to make a tutorial for newbies showing what to do to make their art reach a more proffessional look. Of course, you will be credited in the description, I just wanted to ask your permission first.
this is just breathtaking. the detail in it is superb, and the colour change is so realistic i'd never have guessed the horse was a chestnut previously. i envy that bald face, particularly. the lighting is just stunning, especially that subtle white glowy outline which so many people overuse but you've used so well. the colours, the hair, oh my that hair, the markings, just everything is absolutely flawless.
note me when you're open for trades? i, too, have a long to do list but whenever you're available<3
