2012 Prize Art.
~FlameTheFireStallion's Flame donning his batty wings, as a prize for winning the 'Journey to the Centre of the Earth' contest a few months ago.
This has been sitting unfinished in my files for months. I kept coming back to it, and I would paint what seemed like one tiny highlight, before feeling completely beat and leaving it again for another week or two.
Tonight, I opened it.. And just decided to persevere until it was done. And tah-dah! I did it!
I know he has no tail. It's.. hidden.. behind the wing.

It's not my finest work.. But I like it. And I hope you all do too. Hopefully it's not too disappointing after my over-a-month submission fast and that it tides you over until next time.
